New Airbnb Analysis VA Job Description

Hi Everyone! We are looking for help in our real estate business to analyze properties on and off-market.
About The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, ambitious, curious individual who is eager to help grow our real estate portfolio and has a knack for spreadsheets and math.

We are ideally looking for a full-time 30-40-hour/week person

Responsibilities:

Your job will be to help analyze new markets and new deals each day that hit those markets.

- We will train you in our process but expect you to have a thorough understanding of models, spreadsheets, and creating formulas and shortcuts in these models.
- The role consists of taking information from public pages and resources and inputting that information into our tools.
- These are the deals our company will be making offers on. They will properties for purchase, arbitrage and co-host.
- During the agreed-upon hours, this person is expected to be online and extremely responsive.
- You are expected to analyze 15-30 deals per hour.

Must Be Proficient In These Tools:

- Google sheets
- Slack
- Email

Who this role is for:

- Someone who has experience with spreadsheets and organizing information to make conclusions.
- Someone with strong written and spoken English communication. We communicate often and this person will be sending the deals out to our community. This person may also be reviewing deals for students - that is why being able to articulate is so important in this role.

Schedule & Compensation:

- We will pay your hourly rate but this will be a contracted position for an extended period of time
- Pay will take place weekly or bi-weekly through your preferred platform
