JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I’m hiring a part- time virtual Enrollment & Marketing Assistant to help me and the team to work on Enrollments and Marketing tasks and creating systems for Social Media for our business.

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a Virtual Marketing and designer or relevant role
Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with design tools like ---------- , digital streaming and Adobe Photoshop
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana and CRM systems.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Managing our Childcare CRM system to Document and communicate with new and existing parents.
Booking tours for New or potential families to visit the location of their choice.
Following up and setting the tours with the Center directors and new families.
Creating marketing contents to gain new enrollments.
Create workbooks/checklists/ebooks
Create graphics for social media, newsletters, etc.
Light photo editing
Managing all locations and CEO personal FB and instagram pagers with daily post.
Always staying two steps ahead of CEO
Communication and approvals of all designs with CEO .
40- hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay monthly
We give pay increases based on performance
