Motivated, Open-minded, and Action-taker Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a motivated, open-minded, and action-taker Marketing Specialist to join our team!
It's a full-time position, shift starts from 9am to 5pm MST (Utah Standard Time)
The ideal candidate should be a marketing Rockstar, driven and be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer trend
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
- Overseeing a company’s social media channels.
- Create goals and objectives in order to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
- To know software for automatization

Qualifications:
-Experience in Sales
-Experience in finding properties to purchase
-Ability to use or quickly learn lead generation and lead management
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
