Role description

At High-Performing Coach, we are looking for a full-time, remote Linkedin Lead Engagement Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of elevating the world through coaching.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pre-qualified leads (coaches) in our Linkedin network by studying their profiles, messaging them, and having meaningful conversations
• Authentically lead the conversation (via messages) to find out where the person is in their coaching business, what their main challenges are, and offer them support (in the form of joining HPC’s online workshop, a call with one of our sales coaches, an invitation to join our community, etc)
• Drive leads to take action without being pushy or salesy.

Requirements

• Extra-ordinary written English skills to drive conversations via messages is a MUST
• Able to listen deeply and read between the lines (even when communicating in writing)
• Thrives on engaging and interacting with people from all walks of life and cultures, online and in person
• Able to lead a conversation and gear from being friendly to being in service of the other person
• Not afraid to propose solutions and drive people to take action, without being pushy or salesy
• Previous experience and a track record of success in a similar role are required
• English language certificate (like Cambridge English Certification, TOEFL test) is a plus.

• Tends to ask lots of great questions
• Great track record of a strong work ethic
• Great communicator and is adept at using different communication styles in order to effectively communicate with different personalities at all levels within the company.

Traits the Lead Engagement Specialist Absolutely Should Not Have
• Thrives on repetitive, mundane tasks
• Talking to people drains his/her energy
• Turns up late
• Disorganised
• Bad communication skills
• Controlling
• Low initiative
• More emotional than rational
• Unable to work in teams
• Unable to positively influence colleagues to get stuff done
• Lacks integrity and is unreliable
• Does only the tasks she/he likes and ignores the rest.


Other
• There’s a 30-day PAID probation period for this role!
• This is a fully-remote position
• Work needs to be performed during the EU/UK time zone
• A dedicated space for work and high-speed internet is required to do the work.
