Viking Asset Management is looking for a Technical Virtual Assistant; IT analyst or an Aspiring Web Developer for our subsidiary company, Viking Universe. We will train you to be a future web developer/designer and be part of our web design and development team! A self-starter who does great, high-quality work, pays great attention to details, and communicates well both orally and in writing. Besides being a great communicator, you should demonstrate good interpersonal, analytical, and logical skills for workflows, flowcharts, and task automation in different projects.

To do this role properly, you should be fast and accurate in following instructions, efficient to deliver an outstanding result, and have good analytical skills to understand our business needs. If you think you have the following qualifications and consider yourself someone who can manage workflows, flowcharts, logical conditioning, and automation, we would like to have you. If you have knowledge of programming languages and database management, that will be very beneficial for you. But you don't have to worry, as we will provide training or courses for aspiring ones. We believe that hard work beats talent, so experience doesn’t really matter as long as you have the passion and eagerness to learn—we want to work and grow with you!

Responsibilities:

? Creating workflows/flowchart’s structure and task automation

? Creating Web Designs that is SEO friendly and will convert visitors to leads.

? Creating Software and Application Designs

? Designing and developing websites

? Leveraging tech solutions to meet organizational needs

? Overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools

? Develop and analyze functional specifications

? Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams

? Keep up to date with the latest updates for any platform we are currently
using

? Work collaboratively with other graphic designers and lead project managers

? Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases,
and presentation software

? Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop
original content

? Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed

? Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry

? Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

? Accomplishing other digital projects

Skills Requirements:
? Basic knowledge or experience with HTML, PHP, and CSS for programming,
Photoshop for Design and MySQL for database management is a plus but
not required

? Good analytical and logical mindset
