JOB OVERVIEW

This is a position for Canadian based immigration consulting firm. We are a growing and expanding company who is looking to fill a role that deals with the tasks described below. Our ideal candidate is one who is intelligent, honest and dedicated.
we are looking for someone who is

-NOT WORKING FOR ANYONE ELSE. We require 40 hours a week partly in North American business hours.we are not looking for someone who is working for another company or already has another job. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR 40 HOURS OF WORK. WE USE HUBSTAFF MONITORING SERVICES AND IF YOU ARE NOT WORKING WE WILL JUST TERMINATE YOUR CONTRACT. SO PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU WILL BE WORKING MULTIPLE JOBS IT WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND OURS.

-A background with working for foreign companies
-Legal/immigration experience is an asset
-Fluent in english
-Dedicated and hard working and committed
-If you work hard we will give raises and other benefits
-Available for hire immediately
-Know how to use CANVA and TRELLO

Handle administrative tasks for the company emails, calls, follow ups
-Emails, calls, follow ups to both customers and B2B
-Organize Business activities
-Develop and Organize and refine company work flow
-Draft retainers and manage admin tasks for customers
-Manage email address
-Social media marketing and management (Facebook/ LinkedIn/ Google/Instagram)
-Invoicing customers
-Data entry
-Need to be partly active during North American Business hours
-Skills on how to operate CRM software
-Client Management
-File Management
- Creating basic reports
