Virtual Acquisition Manager

At Coastal Homes Property Group we are looking for a virtual acquisition manager. This position is looking for one candidate who is a skilled salesperson with great communication ---------- real estate experience is needed but a strong understanding of negotation and talking with potential clients is preferred. You will negotiate an agreed upon price on a property at a below-market price. Building meaningful relationships with clients is of the upmost importance. Hourly rate of $2.50/hour
Comission: 5% of wholesale assignment fee

As an acquisition manger you are looking at closing 2-5 deals per month. With 2 closed contracts per month, commission pay would be minimum $1500/month. This job is meant for a candidate that has strong confidence in communication and negotation. The comission price will be based on your ability to facilitate transactions.
