Job Description Summary: As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the portfolio of clients and ensuring their success on the Amazon platform. Your primary responsibility will be to assist account managers in servicing existing clients. You will work closely with the senior account manager to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing client portfolios on Amazon and ensure their success on the platform.
- Perform daily account audits to ensure the client accounts are in good health.
- Assist in monitoring sales, ensure timely restocking of managed ASINs, and provide 14-day restock notice to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- Troubleshoot issues relating to listing suppression, account compliance issues & violations, and destruction of stock in a timely and effective manner.
- Prevent automatic removal or destruction of client products by taking appropriate preventative measures.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and prevent account deactivation.
- Maintain a high customer retention rate by building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
- Comply with scheduled work hours to ensure that you meet your targets and provide the necessary support to clients.
- Maintain a high level of grammar accuracy in your communications with clients to ensure effective and professional communication.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Amazon account management or a related field.
- Knowledge of Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central and other Amazon tools.
- Experience using Hubstaff or similar time management tools is preferred.
