We’re looking for a full-time e-commerce virtual assistant to join our team.
Our company sells tools & equipment for mechanics across Canada and the United States. We’re currently a small team of 5 people. I’m from Canada, and the rest of the team comes from across the globe.
We want someone with the following qualifications:
- Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify
- Fluent in written and verbal English with a neutral accent
- Has at least 1 year of experience in customer service within e-commerce
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Can maintain a positive composure when responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Can work with minimal supervision but still deliver great output
- Excellent computer skills (familiarity with G-Suite, Help Scout, and Slack is a plus!)
- Able to work from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST
Your daily tasks will include, among others:
- Handling phone calls
- Resolving customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions promptly
- Adding products to our Shopify store
- Various operational and administrative tasks (we will give you more tasks as you learn)
We’re looking for someone who is proactive and customer service oriented. Also, we want someone who is honest, has a strong work ethic and values integrity at work.
