Corporate Lawyer / Attorney

Hi, first of all, thank you for taking the time to reach this job post. My name is Jon and I'm looking for someone who is an attorney with corporate / contract work and background to help my small business.

We provide general counsel and other legal services to businesses and I need someone to help as a part of my team. For example, if a client has a contract that they want reviewed, I'll send it to you to flag any potential issues. I can provide you templates and checklists for best practices. I just need someone to help provide a support function so our team can be more effective for ---------- terms of the amount of work, I think that it will probably be 5-10 hours to start, M-F.

The more corporate / general counsel experience you have, the better, but I'm looking for a large team, so if you have other relevant areas like IP please let me know.
