WORDPRESS & HOSTING SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Job description
We are seeking a Wordpress & Hosting Support Desk Coordinator with strong experience in WordPress/PHP development. If you are a WHM/Wordpress Expert, this role is for you!
Our Support Desk Manager & Web Developer will oversee the successful day-to-day operation of our WHM/Cloudlinus Servers, help/support desk, working closely with remote developers to trouble-shoot and resolve client issues associated with their websites as they arise promptly to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
You will manage day-to-day support tasks (Wordpress), and be the point of escalation for our overseas developer (also based in the Phillipines), completing support and development tasks that are unable to be resolved by them.
You will also be involved in assisting with coordinating and deploying new WordPress websites, managing domain, and DNS, as well as coordinating website go live, and support tickets with clients
Excellent client communication skills, (written and verbal), will be required for this role. You must be confident dealing with customers in English.
Key Areas of Technical Proficiency and Minimum requirements:
Highly experienced in managing WHM, Server load, Cloud Linux Packages etc.
2+ Years Experience in managing website and supports services for website clients.
WordPress & PHP Development, HTML & CSS, JavaScript proficiency.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple support tickets/enquiries related to client website and
Effectively liaise with overseas developers and ensure efficient delivery of service.
Highly experienced in general domain and DNS management.
WordPress error troubleshooting, site, plugin & theme troubleshooting.
Quickly & easily moving/transferring/restoring backups of Wordpress sites as required.
Ability to confidently recover compromised/hacked WordPress sites, and ensure they are secure in the future.
Move sites from staging environment to live environment.
MySQL Experience for WordPress support requirements
Work across a number of WP page builders (Divi, Avada, Elementor etc)
Keep track of, and report on Ad Hoc work, and tracking client support time usage.
Site speed optimisations.
