[REMOTE] Senior Paid Social Media Buyer

Your mission:

The core mission of the Senior. Paid Social Media Buyer is to scale and optimize our brands' Facebook/TikTok ad accounts based on their KPIs. You will also craft the high-level strategy needed for each brand to be ---------- this role, you will work directly with our Founder and CMOs, Oscar Townshend and Michele Monaco.

MT Factory, a portfolio of 9 jewellery brands selling across Europe and the US, is looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer. We are a small full remote team of 10 people from all around the world with ambitious expansion plan in Europe.

Keep all ad accounts at a profitable ROAS
Provide monthly creative insights and analytics to Creative Team for new ad creative
Daily meeting with the creative team
Stay up to date with the latest media buying trends by listening to podcasts, watching courses (we provide course from top US media buyers) or any other preferred source

Data-driven and results-oriented
Positive “can-do” attitude to get things done
Strong English communication skills to work and manage a team
Flexible to constant change in platforms, creatives and media buying methods
Be ambitious and humble
Experience in multiple FB/TikTok Ad Accounts

Less than 2 years of e-comm marketing experience

Compensation:
$1k-$4k monthly salary (based on experience) + quarterly bonuses based on performance
