ABOUT THE JOB:
Accounting solutionZ is looking for a Virtual - Staff Accountant who is willing to add value and be part of a growing company.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
Hi, we are Andy and Kasia of Accounting solutionZ! We are a Chicago-based financial accounting firm that focuses on keeping our client's books clean, organized, and up to date.

What we look for:
- Someone who has Accounting & Bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online & Excel experience is a plus (Not required)
- Work experience in a US company/business is a plus (Not required)
- Proficient in English (Oral & written)
- Excellent communication
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Capable of working from Monday to Friday, Saturday if needed
- Capable of working from 7am to 4pm CST (9pm to 6am PST)
- Able to start immediately
- Accounting solutionZ must be the ONLY work commitment
- Has computer/Laptop with dual monitor
- Has at least 20mbps internet speed

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Data entry
- Bank, credit card, and main balance sheet account reconciliations
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Cleanup of accounts
- Payroll processing
- Cleaning/organizing electronic files/reports
- Help with financial reporting
