Operations Finance Manager (WorkFromHome)

Looking for an efficient Operations Finance Manager. This is for a single U.S. website in e-commerce and wholesale. This is a branded business, not an agency, local, or affiliate. You will be a key member of a small team, and your input will be ---------- ndidate must:

- Oversee all activities within the Operations and Finance department
- Collaborates with other departments from planning to execution of all tasks
- Manage and monitor all logistics, delivery, inventory, and warehouse concerns
- Monitor budget and all expenses within the department
- Forecast product orders and growth;
- Strategizes process improvements and execute all tasks within the schedule and in cost-effective ways
- Analyze all data, including financial and make necessary reports (FS)
- Performs quality control and monitors KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff

Qualifications:
- Have hands-on experience in data collection and analysis
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Result-driven with the effective process and management skills
- Has knowledge in QBO or Accounting software is highly regarded
- Leadership ability with outstanding organizational skills
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and responsiveness
- Must have necessary equipment and tools for a work-from-home setup
- Can blend in with the team

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other Business related courses)
- Must have at least 5 years field related Experience
- Have managed a team in the previous employment/s
- Smart, fluent in speaking and writing in English
