JOB OVERVIEW

This is a full-time position, and the working schedule is to be determined during onboarding.

Responsibilities:
-Perform administrative tasks with the highest class
-Address client issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner
-Coordinate with different departments to ensure reports meet the deadline
-Prepare different production reports
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills (verbal/non-verbal)
-Able to use positive language in a conversation
-Attentive and has eye for detail and accuracy
-Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
-Problem-solving skills. high emotional intelligence and patience
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Computer literate
-Creative, resourceful, and highly organized
-Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
-With Customer Service Representative experience
-With WordPress background
-With experience in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
