About The Role

Email Alchemy is seeking an account manager to build & customise email automation flows, schedule, spam test and proof-read campaigns, liaise with our clients and send them monthly reports.

Email Alchemy is committed to helping ecommerce brands improve communication with their customers so they can create more loyal fans, build a better relationship with customers and generate extra ---------- a given week you will be on-boarding new clients, editing and updating email flows, scheduling, spam testing and proof-reading weekly broadcast campaigns, making last minute graphic updates and creating reports.

You are required to have great communication, attention to detail, good English skills and at least 1 years experience working with Klaviyo. You should be able to work without much direction or hand-holding.

You are a keen learner and diligent in executing technical skills with great attention to detail. You are aware that the automation customisation is a key piece of the puzzle for our client projects and it is of the utmost importance to achieve a high standard right out of the gate.

You enjoy the process of learning new things and are ready to elevate to each new challenge. You are organized and accountable in your work because you take pride in what you accomplish. You will be eager to present new ideas for making the build process and communication systems more efficient. You are friendly and computer literate with an ability to communicate with our team and clients via slack.

What You Need:
High attention to details - especially with English spelling and grammar mistakes.
A willingness to learn and grow.
An ability to stay focused and get your work done.
Good organisation and time management.
Good communication skills.
Strong internet connection.
1 year experience minimum with Klaviyo
Experience working with Google Drive and Canva.
