Shopify eBay eCommerce Dropshipping | Product Sourcer

Natural Technology Systems is a solar company based in Adelaide, Australia specialises into Renewable Energy products and we are building and expanding our eCommerce dropshipping part of our business. We are looking for a self-starter to scale and manage day-to-day operations of our eBay dropshipping account via Shopify. Our goal to be a higher quality dropshipper that can provide great product knowledge and assistance

Terms:
20-40 hours per week
Salary negotiable based on experience

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

SOURCING
Product Research/Sourcing & Listing - import with Oberlo, Ali dropshipper, CJ dropshipping, etc.
This would be the most important skill, we would prefer to establish a good working relationship with suppliers and provide proactive support for our clients.

FULFILLMENT
- Order management, fullfilment
- Inventory Management

Create Offers
- Discount code creation

Creating Product Pages
- On Shopify

Customer Satisfaction
- Our goal is to create a reputable brand with great customer support with their inquiries

Management
- You will be working a list of freelancers (product listers, graphic designers) that have worked with us in the past and for you to make sure we are able to create the listings smoothly.
- With the workflow that we have established, we would also be hiring freelance marketers to promote our website and online presence.

Required skills:
Minimum 1 year experience with eBay/Shopify dropshipping, 2-3 years experience preferred with ability to show proof of previous experience
A solid understanding of maintaining eBay and Shopify account health

Tools:
Zikanalytics or similar software
Helium 10 or similar software
AutoDS, DSM Tool or similar software knowledge helpful, but not required
