Lead Gen or Sales Rep (Chat/DMs/Messaging Based, Not Voice, No Calls) Needed!

We are in need of a fast paced lead generator / sales rep who can communicate and scout potential clients through Instagram, Facebook, and anywhere else applicable. You will be mostly responding to commenters and DMing them to engage in conversation with them to eventually lead them with the objective of a specific Call to Action (such as either setting them up with a booked call with me or leading them to a paid product funnel or get them to fill a specific form to help assess their needs, etc).

You will not need to speak nor use your voice, which means you must be an engaging, fast typer. You will need to be monitoring social media pretty regularly.

You will need to have or develop that sense quickly of weeding out people whom you suspect will not be good customers or whom don’t have money to purchase anything, which you could sense through conversation with them.

You will have to prospect leads by searching for their shared interests on social media.

Must understand how to organize and store leads using easy baked CRM software (we can train you on any specific CRM software that we use).

Must know how to sell - or to be able lead a sale to us so we can do the closing via our own call with them. But if you know how to close via text, or get the opportunity to close via text, more power to you!

We will give you our DM / conversation scripts, but you must already have an understanding of how to sell and engage in conversation with the customer as a lead with the intent to lead them in the direction you want. Our DM/conversation scripts will only tenfold your results if you have the knowledge. This is not a customer support or technical support job!

Speaking English is a must! Fluency/high level in English is a must! An understanding of American culture is a must (Easy to understand it through the internet these days)!

This is a long term position. Team players wanted - must be wanting to grow with/alongside a company!

An understanding of how to lead the customer to get to a “call to action” or a sale is a must!

An understanding of writing copy, a story, or writing sales content that flows is a plus!

Giving me metrics, results,etc in your opening message is a plus!
