Love working with influencers and using social media?

We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to help develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.

If you are a team player who displays a positive, professional attitude, who knows the influencer world, and has excellent written English skills, then you are the person we are looking for. Interest and passion for Health & Wellbeing (Dogs & Humans) industries is a must!

Duties and responsibilities
• Identify and build relationships with micro influencers on TikTok, Instagram & Amazon.com
• Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
• Liaising with the small marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
• Manage a budget for the micro influencer’s portfolio
• Report and measure influencer and social media performance
• Liaise with Social Content Manager to build brand social channels with influencer content

Requirements
• Proven track record in social outreach campaign strategies
• In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
• Impeccable written communication skills
• Very good verbal communication skills
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Outstanding project management skills (good knowledge of Microsoft Suite)
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Networking aptitude
• Self-driven & show initiative

Hours:
• Initially the role will require 10 hours a week for 3 months with a view to ongoing and increasing hours. Great flexibility with hours, as long as there is a small portion spared for each day to ensure responsiveness to influencer ---------- tailed Tasks:
• Research / Identify Micro Influencers:
• Amazon.com
• TikTok
• Instagram
• Facilitate all communication with influencers regarding their interest in promoting our brand, pricing agreements, samples, ongoing support, access to content etc. (develop communication templates)
• Manage the budget provided for the micro influencer portfolio.
• Develop & update spreadsheet that compiles influencer data and tracks communications
• Research relevant industry experts, authority organisations, complementary products/companies (not competitors), user audience social groups (dog walking, Golden Retriever lovers, etc), like, follow and become a part of their communities under our social accounts.
• Continually monitor and measure influencer performance.
• Measure & report influencer and social media performance monthly
• Co-ordinate social post calendar with Social Media Manager to ensure influencer content is included on our brands socials.
• Key participation in influencer strategy meetings to define and refine approach taken (build our list of influencers, encourage engagement with brand & products, leverage audiences to build our own list, once established move from Amazon store to our website).
