Klaviyo Account Manager

Our boutique email marketing agency is growing too fast! Therefore, I am actively looking fill in a new and exciting position: An Email & SMS marketing Account Manager.

Requirements:
1. Passionate about Email and SMS - We have a lot of clients and we want someone who is excited about working with these brands.
2. Worked and Managed Klaviyo accounts inside of a Digital Marketing agency before (1 year minimum is required)
3. Know-how on how to grow our clients accounts month-over-month. (We have copywriters, designers etc)
4. Work full-time on EST timezone 9am-6pm
5. Can work inside of Slack and Trello
6. Strategize with our copywriters (Campaigns and automation emails)
7. Communicate with the clients and create tracking sheets
8. Review and give ideas for improvement on how we can make more money with better design ideas. (We use Figma and communicate with our designs and clients via Figma)
9. BONUS: If you have experience with Subscriptions and Rewards program platforms.
