Line Manager: PM for Influencer Marketing and social media / Marketing Director

OVERVIEW

The Social Media Assistant will help us grow and maintain our social media channels with ad hoc roles supporting our influencer outreach program through social media. You will be mainly responsible for executing social media related activities, including but not limited to, posting content across the company’s social media platforms and contacting Influencers for the American/US market through email, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant social media platforms
- Post social media content prepared by PM for Social Media using Social Media CMS (Hootsuite/Meta Business Manager)
- Adhere and follow to the engagement Strategy set by the PM for SM.
- Brainstorm engaging social media content to PM-SM
- Write weekly report on post-performance, page and platform growth.
- Other social media-related tasks assigned by the PM for Influencer Marketing and Social Media

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in handling eCommerce social media accounts will be a plus
- Experience in using Social Media CMS will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Capable of establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to manage independent projects and tasks.
- Results-driven, metrics oriented and self-motivated
