JOB OVERVIEW

Tilcare, a company that specializes in manufacturing healthcare products, is currently seeking a creative, talented, self-starter to join our team and manage our Social Media Accounts and Product Research.

1. You will be in charge of creating and implementing our social media strategy as the social media manager in order to strengthen our marketing and sales initiatives and increase our online presence. Experience in this area is REQUIRED

2. Equally as important, you will work as a Product Researcher, a vital position in the Amazon e-commerce ecosystem. The primary role is to locate products from online supplier websites that might be offered through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon. Experience in this area is NOT REQUIRED and will be taught, but it is a bonus.

The role is open for a long-term position with a 4–8 hour workday schedule. We provide a beginning hourly compensation of $3.5 with opportunities for advancement. We also offer a 13th PAYCHECK for exceptional performance!

MUSTs:

A) At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role

B) In depth knowledge as a Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

C) Photo editing skills with knowledge of using Photoshop or Canva. Video editing is also a plus.

D) Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Tiktok and other social media best practices

E) Good understanding of social media KPIs

F) Perfect Level of English and Great Copywriting skills

G) Social media training

H) Basic level video editing

The Job:

The Job consists in managing our social media (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Pinterest and Youtube shorts) from A to Z.
You will be in charge of EVERYTHING.

Working Hours:

Working hours for this position are very flexible. After the training is complete, most of the time your hours will be up to you. You can work early in the morning, late in the night, or at standard working times, basically whenever you want!
