* * * Main responsibilities* * * :

You will be expected to perform a wide variety of duties such as administrative, editorial & digital marketing. Here are some tasks that you can expect:

• Assist in Digital Marketing campaigns (mostly PPC, Native, Facebook Ads) set up/tracking
• Create, curate, update & syndicate content (articles, videos, images. . .) as required
• Perform online research (Business, products, topics, suppliers, keywords, competitors, talents. . .)
• Client support (mostly email & live chat)
• Data Entry
• Compile lists of contacts locally & internationally (require strong research skills)
• Manage other VA's (assigning, reporting, validate work)

* * * General Skills Requirements* * * :

• 3+ years of professional experience with supervision skills
• Web writing skills are highly desired
• Proficiency in Excel and Word are a must (Writing, editing and formatting)
• Ability to analyze data - Accounting skills are a plus.
• Strong desire to grow, prove yourself, pursue a career and work your way up
• This is NOT a technical position but some familiarity with basic Web
• Project management skills desire (organized, can prioritize tasks & meet deadlines)
• Punctual, dedicated, responsible; self-motivated & enthusiastic

* * * What You Need to Do Next* * *

This will be a long-term position for the right person starting at 20-25 hours per week but increasing as you proof capability in handling full time assignments. This is a full time position. Shift hours are Monday -- Friday 9 p.m. PHT -- 5 a.m PHT.

P.s:
The starting probation pay would be $250 per month and subsequent compensation (between $280-$350) would depend on your experience and performance. Only apply if you are serious candidates.

We are only hiring at the compensation of $1.60 - $2.18/hr. Please only bid within the amount. For the first week, it'll be around 25-40 hours. Subsequently, it'll be a 40 hr work week if you are performing well.
