3D artist for sculptures/ figures/ game figures for later production in stone/wood

Who we are:
We are a young family company from Switzerland and are developing and growing an interior / furniture/ sculpture collection.
Originally from Germany, we are around 35-39 years old, have ten years of experience in the field of interior/ projects and are very friendly and correct people if you ask us to describe ourselves.
Our design is based on classic and straight European designs from the time around 1900.
Our aim is to create a collection of hundreds of designs and market them.

How our design process works:
We find examples of sculptures (e.g. 100 years old), send yuo photos and ask you to 3D model these 1:1 or with little changes. E.g. imagine a lion that lies. We might then ask you to model a sitting or standing lion in the same style after we saw you modelled the first satisfactory and it looks good.
We check the 3D model in the program online 3D viewer. So the format thould work in that program.
After we aproved the form, you can render in surfaces we show you in example pictures (e.g. sandstone, white marble, black marble) but this is not compulsory as we also work together with rendering specialists who can do this if they use the 3D model you created. So it also is ok if you just do the 3D model if yu are a specialist in this.

We will use the 3D model to show the sculpture to our clients in renderings of rooms and/ or gardens and will use it to produce the sculpture (experts will check the model and adjust a bit to their machine needs it before production starts)

How we organize/ share work with you:
We have a Dropbox where you will receive your own folder and Google Sheet. For each project we instruct very simple and organized via the Google Sheet. You the the list of current projects. Also you will receive one folder per project on the Dropbox containing all example pictures, files, descriptions (usually abou 2-4 photos/ sketch).
All rights of files and designs belong to us after the payment of the work.

How we wish to communicate/ collaorate:
We communicate via the Dropbox / Google Sheet and wish to set certain fixed meetings in Zoom or other video call where we can go through projects and open questions with you and we share screens, so we can solve questions fast and in good collaboration. Also we can communicate in WhatsApp and you can place test 3d model and forms in the Dropbox.

How much work do we have:
Our aim is to really create a professional and large collection so we can fulfill the needs of many customers and work in many projects. We just designed the fist 50 objects and want to have hundreds / thousands. So there can be a lot of word. But we alwas want you to also do other projects as we want to work with you like with a freelancer, not like an employee.

What we pay:
We want to pay what is usual for that kind and amount of work in the ---------- should be payment based on project/ per object.
We can pay several times per month if you like, so there will not be large sums open after work is completed. We would like to receive invoices rom you after work is finished and pay this.
So we will not hire you but want you to send us invoices. We can provide standar for invoice as we know what information is required for our local Swiss authorities.
Payment method (e.g. Paypal) can be discussed. The salary stated in the ad is up to discussion.

What we expect from you:
We would like you to be professional, be really focused on the project once you joined, be friendly and collaborative. Also we need you to be able to work many hours of your working week on the project. Also you should have English skills so we can understand each other and have not so many misunderstandings.
Regarding the drawing skills, you should be able to create all kind of sculpures in 3D and render them in very good quality.
We use the renderings for the computer and presenations in A4- A1 paper format and presenattions on screen.
If you collaborate with others that help you and do not cost us extra that is fine for you.

How the recruitment process will be organized:
You can send us examples of your work, description of yourself and of your skills in the email you send us.
Once we receive your email and think that it may fit, you will receive an email with a Dropbox link where you can see about 6-8 of our objects and how we hand them over to you.
If you want, you could try to model and render 1-2 of these but that will not be paid and is not necessary to get the collaboration.
You can get back to us if you like to collaborate after seeing the objects.
Then we can communicate in WhatsApp to get fast communiation and get startet easy and fast.
