Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Direct Mortgage Lender looking for Transaction Coordinator

Responsibilities include but not limited to: ?

Resolve issues/problems in a timely manner ?

Ability to work under time constraints

?Interact with customers and vendors ?Responsible for the day-to-day office administrative duties ?

Data Entry ?Copy, saving, arrange and Fax Documents ?Take message & transfer phone call for the team,

?Message team & client, Partner on phone system

?Answering incoming &outbound phone calls

?Returning calls left on voicemail daily ?

Adding clients & our partner to calendar for initial appointments or as they call in for appointments

?Keep client interview forms stocked

?Calling clients to bring in documents as needed

?Add note to Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

?Mandatory Tea ---------- eting ?Mandatory personal Meeting once a week ?

Complete training assign ?Set up to do activity for the next day ?Return missed call every day, in the morning, after lunch, before shift end ?Tasks are subject to change and additional task may be add. Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $4.00 - $5.50 per hour

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:

Real Estate: 2 years (Preferred)
