Appointment Setter

We’re looking for energetic Sales Representatives to actively seek out and engage customer ---------- bound sales duties include taking phone calls, assisting customers, and providing appropriate solutions for every customer. Outbound sales duties include retrieving customer information and converting leads into sales.


Responsibilities:
• Facilitate sales of all services according to company and client requirement.
• Manage high volume of phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
• Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Be able to read every line in this bulk of paragraph and write wombojombo in the subject line or body of your application.
• Reach out to customer leads through phone, email as required.
• Solve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes.
• Collaborate within tea ---------- mbers and other departments
• Generate reports on new sales, target achievements, issues to the management
• Research new prospective leads to contact and expand the business.


Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a sales representative- min 2 yrs
• Fluency in MS Office
• Familiarity with CRMs practices and software (, Hubspot are preferred)
• Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• BS/BA degree or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
