Customer Service Manager

We are looking for a candidate to join our remote Growth Marketing agency as a Customer Service Manager.

You will be directly in charge of managing customer service for one of the biggest influencers in the world. This influencer has a variety of digital products/courses, and we need an experienced individual to manage this entire customer service process.

You will help manage the customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns.

You MUST have excellent written communication in English, have worked in customer service for 3+ years, and can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
