JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assists in the various areas of administrative support services catered to the facility, including but not limited to the following:

Office Support
Facilities Management
Service Vehicle and Fuel Management
Canteen Operations and Management
Travel Arrangement
Utilities
Asset Monitoring and Real Estate Officer: Assists the facility in the various areas of land management within the facility, including but not

limited to the following:

Assists in land acquisitions and management (through lease, purchase, including access and crop damages)
Assists the facility on the timely payment of real property taxes and lot rentals
Facilitates the timely renewal of rentals and other agreements
Assists in the titling of acquired lots
Does the safekeeping of documents pertaining to lots used by EDC in its operations


Qualifications:

Must have 3 years of experience
Graduate of BA Psychology
Preferably local residents of Negros or nearby areas only
