-They will be responsible for coordinating with Kitchen Staff with respect to making orders,
-Ensuring the right items are prepared and coordinated with drivers for deliveries.
-Also, the supervisor will attend to dine in and pick up customers in the location.
-The restaurant supervisor will be managing the operational set up of a location during his or her shift, following company policies and procedures and ensuring that sales, store operations and profitability, customer service and product offering are up to the company's standard.
-The person in this position is also responsible for leading a team of cashiers, cooks and drivers to ensure the smooth running of the operation during his or her shift.
-He or she will deal with calls from the call center and distribute orders to their desired location via the company's drivers.
-The supervisor is responsible for meeting and greeting dine in customers and ensuring that their needs are adequately met in a timely manner.
-The supervisor will report into the Operations Manager of the company.
