The Development Supervisor will join our web development team. Will be responsible for supervising the team in building and maintaining the server-side operation and functionality of the company website and developing automated business systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify situations requiring action and resolve problems proactively
Prepare workflow analyses
Evaluate and design new systems and apply them to new or existing business processes
Develop creative and innovative system solutions
Communicate effectively with tea ---------- mbers and other departments involved

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor's of Science in computer science, programming, or equivalent courses
Leadership experience
Proficiency with languages such as Java, Ruby, PHP, MySQL, SQL, and Python
Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with the design and implementation of APIs
Excellent time-management and communication skills
With a stable internet connection and backup
