Job Summary
The Client Relations Associate works closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction, making sure clients' needs are being met in a timely and satisfactory Upgrade to see actual info addition, the CRA also helps manage team projects, review company protocols, and assist the company in client acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain communication with clients to ensure client satisfaction
Make sure client needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner
Manage team projects, review company protocols, and assist their company in client acquisition
Prepare reports and give updates to clients and direct superior
Perform other duties related to VA client endorsements

Qualifications
With experience working graveyards shifts
With at least 1 year of experience working with US-based clients
With at least 1 year of customer service experience
Able to take initiative and be quick on solving problems
Good English speaking and writing skills
With a stable internet connection and backup internet
Adept in using Google Suite and other related office tools
