Web Developer/Graphic Designer

I am looking for someone to make some updates to my existing e-commerce Shopify site. The app that we are using is called pagefly. I need a page created that will have the below features:
1. Photos and copy (that I will supply)
2. Drop down options to choose from to select a certain product
2. Sync the calendly app to this page as well as to our contact page.
3. A link to a pdf waiver (that I would also like you to create).

I just need this project done for the time being, but I will have additional projects down the road.
