JOB OVERVIEW

Elevate Properties is a New York City-based Vacation Rental Company. We started with just one home and an idea: to bring homeowners and renters together with awesome technology and caring local teams. Today, we’re a full-service vacation rental company in the US.

We are growing and we would like to make our presence known through social media! We're looking for a part-time creative, independent, and motivated social media manager!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Managing our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms).
- Brand management
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in social media, design tools, and applications
- Provide Analytics at the end of the week.
- Create and execute strategies to increase following across all social media pages
- Create a Content Calendar to be submitted a week ahead.
- Create and publish engaging content (photos or videos) daily that aligns with our brand to increase brand awareness.
- Create weekly blog posts

HOURS/DAYS:
This is project-based and we're looking to hire someone part-time to start (at least 5 to 10 hours a week), who can work New York (EST) Time.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- With min 3 to 5 years experience of in Social Media
- Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
- Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness and promotion
- Initiative to learn different processes, strategies, ideas, and ways to improve company branding
- Knowledge of the Short-Term Vacation Rental Industry is a plus!

SALARY/BENEFITS:
- We offer a competitive pay of $8 to $10 per hour depending on experience
