Xactimate Estimator

We are looking for a full-time Insurance Estimator/Billing water/mold/fire reconstruction estimator. This is a work-at-home job, so no travel is required. This position pays a salary with bonuses. The hours are Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends, and it is a high-paced position. You must be able to write and create sketches in xactimate.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Experienced only Xactimate estimators apply

Estimating water/fire/mold/crime scene cleanup/reconstruction

Verifies the accuracy of documentation

Submit mitigation/construction package to the admin for processing to the insurance carriers.

Contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Good sense of urgency to follow up with the appropriate documentation on file to assist the company.

Respond to customer concerns timely and follows through on all promises

Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day operations of the ---------- lf-driven as this is a work-from-home position.

Have strong oral and writing skills

Have exceptional research skills - Computer/tech savvy

Abides by company policies

Other duties as assigned.

This is a guaranteed salary position.
