Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a FULL-TIME superstar Senior Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant starting December 5th, 2022 to provide support to our growing team! We are a North American based firm who is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper who is a self-starter, has experience with Quickbooks Online, has a great eye for detail, and who strives to succeed!

If you are a dedicated Senior Bookkeeper who is a great team player, is willing to learn, holds 3+ years of experience in Bookkeeping (bonus if you have US/UK/Canadian experience) and is comfortable working in a graveyard position (1AM-9AM Philippines Time Zone) then we want to hear from you!

Duties/Responsibilities:
As a Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:
-Full Cycle Bookkeeping
-Data Entry using Quickbooks Online
-Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
-Recording Journal Entries and Reconciliation
-Payroll
-Tax GST/PST
-Communicating with Tea ---------- mbers
-Completing Files on Time

Job Details:
-Monday to Friday 1am - 9am Philippines time zone (this translates to Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST)

Job Requirements:
-A professional level of written/spoken English
-Education: Accounting degree or equivalent level of experience
-Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Bookkeeping role
-You are familiar with Accounting software Quickbooks Online
-You are Quickbooks certified
-Working local Canadian time zone
-MUST have a clear and strong internet connection with a BACK-UP GENERATOR if you are working from your home office (minimum 50 Mbps)
-Must provide your own laptop/work equipment

Bonus Points:
-You have worked for a North American (USA or Canada) Accounting firm as a Virtual Bookkeeper in the past

Salary is completely negotiable based on experience. We are focused on finding the right candidate and are willing to negotiate pay for the right person!
