We require a FT Lead Creation and Marketing Manager to join our extremely fast paced team.

We are an Australian based company offering a range of different services including conference organising, team building, travel incentive programs & outdoor adventures to our clients.

The successful applicant will be responsible for researching and generating new leads for our exciting venture. As the Lead Creation / Marketing Manager you will be using tools such as LinkedIn and various other social platforms as well as utilising an existing email database to target specific groups of people.

The Successful applicant will also be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

The successful applicant’s role will include;
• Generating leads via social platforms including LinkedIn
• Create content for social media platforms
• Contacting leads via social media platforms
• Being a part of an international team, yet working unassisted & to your strengths
• Working directly with, and reporting into the company CEO and Founder
• Management and delivery of on time, on budget projects
