Team Leader

Job qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4 years course
• With at least 1 year working experience in Telecom Industry, preferably in SLI
• With strong communication, analytical and documentation skills
• Can able to handle pressure
• Willing to work in Pila, Laguna

Job responsibilities:
• Knowledgeable how to deploy teams base on their prospective project
• Coordinate with the head crew and technicians to fulfill assign activity ticket and SO
• Monitor team performance and report
• Delegate task and set deadlines
• Sending of work progress from time to time
• Must know how to manage and properly dispatch the ticket/SO
• Knowledgeable in using OFSC system
