We are a US-based cleaning company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent.
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Answering inbound sales calls
2. Identifying customers’ needs, finding pain points, clarifying information, & provide solutions and/or alternatives
3. Booking cleaning jobs using our booking software (also reschedule/update jobs when necessary)
4. Provide quotes for cleaning jobs & follow up with all leads
5. Respond to customer questions, requests & complaints via phone call,
6. Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks.

This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills.
Work hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MST Mountain Standard Time
$5/hour to start, with sales bonuses & commissions. Pay will increase every 3-6 months depending on performance.
