Great Email Design for Mailchimp with Automation expierence!

We require someone to design beautiful and effective call to action emails for us. We send out about 2 - 3 marketing emails per month. We use mailchimp and would like someone that has strong email design experience and can deliver effective modern email design and copy using our content. I'm looking for experience, to give someone a chance for long term growth, to grow their hours and a team.
price will be fixed at first as a test. If I like the results I'll consider for long term.
