JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Handles end to end process of recruitment
Preparing new employees’ 201 file
Orienting New Employees
Overseeing the compensation and Benefits documentation
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and administration
Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
Manage different facets of HR as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development Management or Psychology
Must be adept at problem solving, including being able to identify and resolve programs in timely manner
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees.
