YouTube Assistant | Build A Career

We are looking for someone with phenomenal English speaking/writing skills to help us manage Youtube Channels. Job experience is not necessary as long as you are coachable, have a growth mindset, & a can-do attitude. This job is perfect for someone looking to build a career & find job stability. This job is Full Time & Long Term; please don't apply if you cannot work full-time (40hrs/week) or are not looking for something long-term.

About Us:
We are two young Filipino Entrepreneurs (currently 26yrs old) who grew up in the U.S. Paolo worked in corporate America and has his Real Estate & Mortgage License in California. I (Chris) have my Property Management Certification in California. We started our careers in Corporate America early at the ripe old age of 20. After working 80-100hr weeks for 2-3yrs, we rose to the top of our respective companies. Together we also own multiple rental properties in the U.S. After proving ourselves in corporate America, Paolo & I d ---------- to branch off and start our own ---------- bining our love and expertise in Real Estate and experience growing our own Personal Finance Youtube Channel, we combined the two to create our company. The company has been thriving largely thanks to the team of fellow Filipino workers who are already a part of the company (currently 7 in total).

Job Duties:

1.) Watch Youtube videos and come up with a title

2.) Do video descriptions & timestamps

3.) Schedule Youtube videos to upload in accordance with upload schedule

4.) Retitle underperforming videos/communicate with the media team to strategize a new thumbnail title combo

5.) Assist tea ---------- mbers with other channel management tasks

6.) Respond to channel comments

7.) Attend 1-3 Weekly Skype Meetings alongside the rest of the team (all also Filipino)

We are looking for someone with a growth mindset. The company is growing at an incredible pace, in large part due to the amazing people who already work here and the culture. What's most important is that you have phenomenal English Speaking/Writing ability (9/10 or better); the rest can be learned with the right attitude. The salary stated is just the starting salary; this job has no cap on earning potential for the right individual. But like all things in life, it must be earned.
