Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are a small product / Ecomm business that primarily sales on Etsy. We are looking to work with more Influencers and Affiliates throughout the world. This is where you come in. You would be responsible for researching top influencers in our niche who are willing to help promote our products and help boost sales. This will be accomplished through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Your job will be to find influencers, bring them onboard with our products, and help them sale our products via Etsy and Shopify. You will be building relationships with these influencers, helping them to try out our products and understand how to sell them. You will help design promotions with the influencers, get UGC from them and track our relationship to increase profitability.

We are looking to add 10 to 20 new influencers each month moving forward, and this complete process will be your responsibility.

Please indicate the success you have had working with influencers in the past, how the process has gone for onboarding a new influencer and what the products where. We are in the health & beauty niche, also baked goods and gardening.

Job is for an hourly position, but willing to pay bonuses for sales through the influencers and affiliates you onboard.
