Social Media Manager & Content Repurposing

Our growing agency is looking for an experienced content creator & social media manager to assist in repurposing long and short-form content.

Example:
- You can take a LinkedIn text post and turn it into an image carousel and video.
- You can repurpose a short-form video for TikTok and Youtube Shorts.

You should have strong copywriting abilities, be organized, and have a strong creative vision.

Your responsibilities
- Repurpose short and long-form content (blog posts, tweets, Linkedin posts) into awesome pieces of content
- Produce graphics & videos in multiple formats for use on social media: Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok
- Embed subtitles, animations, and other interactive elements into video.

You’re a good fit for this role if:
- Strong copywriter and creative thinker
- You have an eye for detail and a firm understanding of how to capture attention.
- You are passionate about great creativity and have previous experience/contributions to prove it.
- You can work cross-functionally with clients, copywriters, and project managers to get things done.
- You should be an excellent communicator. Able to explain the “why”, behind your design & editing decisions.
- You use the latest tools and frameworks Adobe Premiere, After Effects, ---------- , Figma.
