Template Design for Wordpress Blogs

I have a Udesign template for a wordpress blog that I will need designed. I would then like to place that design onto 4 different blogs.
Blog 1: Is an existing blog. All the photos and blog posts will need to be transferred.
Bogs 2, 3, 4: Are brand new and have nothing on them.
