Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to manage multiple teams of Social Media Analysts/Researchers/Publishers that handle our clients’ accounts on a broad range of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

As a marketing manager you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple social media teams across a multitude of social media platforms. You need to have experience in those platforms, be able to create efficient marketing strategies and have experience managing teams.

You’ll be in charge of ensuring social media teams hit their KPIs and apply our clients’ brands strategies. You’ll also be responsible for proposing improvements to the existing strategies in order to reach better results. You need to have critical thinking skills and an excellent knowledge of the most common social media platforms.

This is a long-term position with advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Manage multiple Social Media teams across a multitude of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Proficient knowledge of the algorithms of those platforms is an imperative.
Oversee day-to-day marketing activities in our specific niche including overall client branding strategy
Lead and track growth of clients’ accounts
Responsible for clients’ social media strategy
Ensure social media presence in all platforms

Qualifications:
Experience in social media marketing: Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
Experience with paid ads is a plus
Previous professional experience in team management
Ability to manage multiple teams across multiple marketing channels
Proficiency in social media strategy
Growth mindset
Excellent communication skills
