JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,
I am looking for someone that will do customers support for my ebay account.
The job including:
1) Answer customers questions on ebay account or email
2) Answer ebay cases and manage them - If there are problems with items so talk with the supplier about the problem, if the buyer need refund so request refund from the supplier and create refund to the buyer, etc...
For example:
* Buyer told that the product is defected - request pictures from the buyer,
* Open chat with the supplier and tell them about the defect item
* Get refund from the supplier and issue refund to the buyer.
I will help you on the start if there are questions that you don't know how to answer.
