HVAC Estimator with extensive experience working in the USA.

Hello dear applicant,

We are a small HVAC company in California Los Angeles. Currently we are servicing mostly residential HVAC systems up to 5 tons (cooling) and 200,000 BTU (heating).

We need Experienced Estimator with great Project Management skills and excellent English.

Full time position.

Currently we need a mechanical estimator who has extensive experience estimating projects, writing proposals, following up with the customers, creating duct / equipment drawings and preferably know how to design ductwork with proper diameters / CFMs etc.

You MUST have a track record of estimates that were accepted/awarded and completed here in the USA. as well as excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

Generally the type of projects we are looking to get started with are:

Small to medium size projects that are between 1000sqFt - 10,000 SqFt with 1 to 4 HVAC units or total of 20 tons.

This would be small commercial tenant improvements and new builds.

Also, apartment buildings with up to 30 units.

and finally residential estimates that we are currently working on.

Please let us know about your experience.

Pay will be:

$400 to $600 per month.
