Social Media & Marketing Expert

We are looking for an Expert who can support us with different tasks.

What will you be doing
• Design and post creative and engaging content organically for all our social media accounts
• Responsively engage with potential customers and respond to queries/comments in a respectful and professional way
• Conceptualize and roll our influencer marketing and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and sales
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent brand image
• Analyze social media analytics periodically and devise plans to enhance % engagements, reach, and drive sales
• Ensure uniform brand positioning, tone, and messaging on all social media channels
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies through all our social media channels
• Keep pace with social media and industry trends to keep the company and our partner business relevant in the media
• Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
• Build relationships with influencers and, on behalf of our brands, negotiate with these influencers regarding cooperation strategy, contract, payment, etc.
• Maintain long-term and ongoing collaboration with influencer partners, develop and execute strategic marketing promotions and campaigns, and update cooperation strategies timely.
• Monitor and analyze the data of promotions and campaigns, refine and upgrade promotions and campaigns based on previous performance.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related discipline and/or proven work experience
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies;
• With 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Outstanding project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Networking aptitude
• Fast learner
• Trustworthy
