IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
• Manage job boards weekly
• Find 20 social media opportunities on other job sites such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc. and copy them on to our job board natively
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Fiverr, etc. to identify and message/invite 100 social media professionals to Sociably.
• Use LinkedIn to identify and message 20 HR professionals introducing the Sociably job board. (6 months after launch)
• Manage Slack group. Participate, respond and contribute regularly
• Manage and respond to any Sociably
• Grow & manage Slack Group
• Manage community
• Regularly post and contribute
• Grow audience by finding and inviting people to the group
• Actively engage social media professionals on
• Focus on
• Write and send monthly newsletters
• Manage and administer list
• Focus on community support
• Monitor support
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
• At least 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience
• Social media knowledge and competency
• Previous B2C experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Great attention to detail
• Proactive
• Knowledgeable in using WordPress,
