Marketing manager is in charge of creating, planning, and carrying out strategic marketing plans for the entire company in order to draw in new clients and keep hold of current ones.

He/she must be an outstanding leader in both business and marketing. He/she will be tasked with setting price plans for goods/services and working with executives to establish budgets and targets.

He/she should also have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Ultimately, he/she should also build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.



MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares online and offline marketing plan and strategies and drive qualified traffic to Insources’ Group front door
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
Deploy effective marketing initiatives and take full responsibility for their execution from conception to completion.
Try out several organic and paid acquisition methods, such as lead generation campaigns, content curation, pay per click advertising, event management, publicity, social media, copywriting, and performance analysis.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our websites and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Analyze competitors and market trends to identify new marketing opportunities
Develop, manage and execute a marketing calendar for internal promotions & product launches
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Build partnerships with other VET organisations


Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
At least three years of related experience required.
A very strong project management skills
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
The ability to anticipate consumer behavior.
Understanding of various marketing processes.
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in all microsoft office applications and marketing software
Expert in Social Media Management
Knowledgeable in using Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Zoho and similar software

Tech requirements:
20 Mbps and up wired DSL and has a backup connection
Noise cancellation headset, webcam
Quiet and focused work environment
Able to work from 6:00 am /7:00 am - 2:00 pm / 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Manila time)
